About the role
AHS Group is a premium construction and agricultural equipment dealership with locations across NSW, ACT, Victoria and Queensland. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, quality products and industry-leading aftersales support.
We are currently looking to find an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to take the business to a new level.
We're looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting AHS Group.
This role is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer arrives or calls. You'll coordinate reception, support customer engagement activities, assist with VIP visits and help ensure our dealership presents to the highest standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionally answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Welcome customers and visitors.
Offer refreshments to customers and guests.
Prepare tea, coffee and refreshments for meetings and VIP visitors.
Coordinate meeting rooms, including refreshments, catering and presentation.
Support interviews by preparing meeting rooms and welcoming candidates.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up where required.
Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception and customer lounge.
Receive deliveries and assist with general administration tasks.
Support operations with administrative duties as required.
Assist in organising customer events and dealership functions.
Ensure all visitors receive a positive and professional experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident and professional presentation.
Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Able to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Every customer is greeted promptly and professionally.
Phone calls are answered efficiently and directed correctly.
Meeting rooms and VIP visits are organised to a high standard.
Customer satisfaction surveys are completed accurately and on time.
The reception area consistently reflects a premium dealership environment.
The role is a full-time role Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 17.00pm
