Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Food & Wine Ingredients)

Join a growing supplier to Australia and New Zealand’s food and wine industries. We provide high‑quality ingredients and production inputs to food producers, wineries, manufacturers and distributors — and we are looking for an organised, practical and customer‑focused Operations & Logistics Coordinator to help keep everything moving smoothly.

This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, warehouse operations, freight coordination, inventory management and supplier liaison. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the business, ensuring our customers receive the products they need, on time and in perfect condition.

About the Role

You will manage customer orders from start to finish — from receiving the order, picking and packing stock, arranging freight, tracking deliveries, managing inventory, and coordinating with some suppliers. You will work across both office and warehouse environments and play a key role in supporting our sales team and our customers in the food and wine sectors.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are

a) highly organised with excellent attention to detail

b) comfortable working across both office and warehouse environments

c) physically capable of picking, packing and general warehouse duties

d) confident communicating with customers, suppliers and freight partners

e) proactive and willing to take ownership of issues through to resolution

f) competent using inventory/order management systems, excel and outlook

g) independent, practical and resourceful with a small team

h) experienced in warehousing, logistics, order processing or administration

i) interested in or familiar with food, beverage or wine production

j) experienced with forklift use or willing to be trained to use and operate a forklift
