Service Coordinator

About the role

As our Service Coordinator, you'll be the central hub connecting our customers, workshop supervisors, and field service technicians. You will manage job scheduling, administrative workflow, and customer communication to keep our dealership service team running on time.

Key responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for service bookings via phone and email

• Keep customers updated on job progress with clear, friendly communication

• Coordinate daily appointments for Pre-delivery, Warranty, and Service Technicians to ensure efficient job allocation

• Process technician timesheets, raise purchase orders, prepare repair orders, and manage end-to-end customer invoicing

• Track preventive service schedules for our hire fleet and prepare required documentation for warranty claims

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or busy operational admin

• Excellent phone manner with a calm, practical approach to customer service

• Strong attention to detail and confidence picking up new software systems

• Google Suite experience is a plus

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively when daily schedules change
