Located in a modern contemporary office in Shepparton, Hodge Ellis is a growing boutique accounting and advisory firm working alongside privately owned businesses across a wide range of industries.

As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for an Intermediate Accountant and Senior Accountant who want more than a traditional compliance role.

Senior Accountant

You're an experienced public practice accountant who enjoys building trusted relationships with business owners.

You're comfortable leading client engagements, providing technical advice and helping clients navigate important financial decisions.

You'll manage a diverse client portfolio while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

This role is ideal if you want to:

• Become a trusted adviser to business owners.

• Lead client relationships.

• Deliver strategic taxation and business advice.

• Mentor and develop junior accountants.

• Continue growing your leadership capability.

Typically suited to: 5+ years public practice experience with CA/CPA qualification.

Intermediate Accountant

You've developed solid technical skills and now want greater responsibility and client exposure.

You're ready to move beyond compliance and develop into a well-rounded business adviser.

Working closely with experienced advisers, you'll build your technical knowledge while gaining exposure to business advisory, Virtual CFO services and strategic client work.

This role is ideal if you want to:

• Build stronger client relationships.

• Develop advisory skills.

• Work directly with business owners.

• Continue your CA or CPA journey.

• Accelerate your professional growth.

Typically suited to: 2-5 years public practice experience.
