EXPERIENCED WINDSCREEN FITTER

Are you an experienced fitter looking for your next opportunity?

We want someone who can hit the ground running and deliver the quality workmanship and customer service Cairns Windscreens is known for.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Windscreen repair, replacement and installation

• Working across cars, 4WDs, vans and trucks

• Assessing windscreen damage and determining the appropriate solution

• Using specialised automotive glazing tools and equipment

• Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Providing professional and friendly customer service

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Experience in automotive glazing is essential for this position.

We’re also looking for someone who is happy to share their knowledge and help develop our next generation of tradespeople.

AUTOMOTIVE GLAZING TRAINEE

No experience? No problem!

If you’re reliable, hands-on, keen to learn and looking for a career — this could be your opportunity to learn a trade from the ground up.

You’ll work alongside experienced Windscreen Fitters and learn:

• Windscreen repair, replacement and installation

• How to assess and diagnose windscreen damage

• Correct repair and replacement techniques

• How to use specialised tools and equipment

• Industry standards and quality workmanship

• Workplace health and safety

• Professional customer service

For the right person, there is the potential opportunity to progress into an apprenticeship in:

AUR32220 Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology

You don't need previous automotive experience — we’re looking for attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to build a career.
