A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a suitably experienced person to join the Regional Service team in the role of Technical Training Manager.

As a Technical Training Manager, you thrive on the responsibility of supporting the Toyota Dealer Network in Western Australia and meeting the Manufacturer’s aims in;

• Delivering outstanding product and diagnosis technician training.

• Developing specialist diagnosis technicians at every Dealership site.

• Developing technical training packages that support new model technologies.

Key Qualifications:

The successful applicant will have a trade qualification in Automotive Technology and service experience in the automotive Industry, preferably within the Toyota franchise. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: 

• Polite and professional manner.

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably in service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Astute time management skills.

• Analytical self-starter with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to interact with the Service Department and provide relevant support as required.

• Drive and energy and a positive attitude in completing responsible tasks.

• A passion for continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
