Set the visual standard for Australia's most exciting fast-food brand.

GYG is building a creative team that punches well above its weight. The Senior Art Director is the visual half of the ideation engine, partnering with the Senior Copywriter to develop campaign concepts that are visually distinctive, culturally switched-on, and unmistakably GYG. You'll shape what the brand looks like on billboards, screens, and in feeds.

What You'll Do

Develop visual concepts and art direction for campaigns from brief through to deliveryPartner directly with the Senior Copywriter to develop integrated concepts not just decorated copyTranslate strategic and marketing briefs into visually distinctive campaign ideas that move the needleBuild and maintain the visual language of GYG across film, print, OOH, digital, and in-restaurantAttend and direct shoots (stills and motion) alongside production leads, ensuring creative intent survives executionProvide on-set art direction across talent, food, props, lighting, and compositionProvide visual direction to the design team across campaign, internal, and international workstreamsChampion craft, typography, and image-making standards across all outputPresent concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity

What You'll Bring

6–8+ years as an Art Director in a creative agency or in-house teamPortfolio of integrated campaign work with a clear visual point of viewOn-set experience directing photographers, DOPs, stylists, and crewExpert knowledge of design principles, typography, colour, and compositionStrong conceptual partnership skills, comfortable working brief-to-execution with a writerFood, FMCG, or QSR experience an advantageA solution-oriented mindset, calm under shoot-day pressure
