Qualified Support Workers - Bass Coast/Toora/Philip Island

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking experienced and qualified Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home support across the Bass Coast and South Gippsland Region.

📍 Bass Coast

• Qualified Female and Male Support Worker

• Unqualified Female Support Worker (experience in Domestic Assistance preferred)

📍 Toora

• Qualified Female Support Worker

• 8 hour shifts available

📍 Phillip Island

• Qualified Male Support Worker

• 5- 7 hour shifts available

Who You Are

• Certified: You hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care / HACC or a Nursing qualification.

• Flexible: You are able to work day and/or night shifts.

• Passion-Driven: You are genuinely passionate about providing essential support to vulnerable members of our community.

• Proactive: You thrive on challenges, are eager to meet new people, and enjoy a diverse workday.

• Experienced: You have hands-on experience working with assistive equipment.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker

Depending on your experience and the client’s needs, you might:

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).

• Support clients with mobility, medication, or transport.

• Help around the home with cleaning, cooking, and shopping.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Encourage community participation and independence.
