Company Description Three Threes Condiments is an Australian family-owned food manufacturing business that has operated since 1919. Their products are supplied to major Australian supermarkets and exported overseas, and they also manufacture house brands for Aldi and Coles. Three Threes is committed to maintaining its family-owned status for future generations while continuing to deliver reliable, high-quality food products.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Machine Operator role based at the Three Threes Condiments facility in Lidcombe, NSW. The Machine Operator will be responsible to ensure over 300 jars per minute is maintained to the highest standard whilst reporting equipment issues, and working closely with the production team to meet output targets and maintain a clean, organized work area.QualificationsAbility to operate and monitor production machinery, with a high level of experience in high volume Machine Operation.Skills in Quality Control, including checking products against standards and following food safety and hygiene procedures.Competence using Hand Tools for basic adjustments, minor maintenance, and setup tasks on production equipment.Clear Communication skills to follow instructions, complete documentation, and collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.Previous experience in food or manufacturing environments, understanding of WHS/OHS practices, and reliability.Ability to perform manual handling tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced production setting.a high level of numeracy and literacy skills for reading work orders, measuring materials, and recording production data.Relevant vocational training or certificates in manufacturing, process operations, or similar fields are an advantage.
