About The Role

As Online Fulfilment Manager, you'll lead on of Myer's largest fulfilment operations, overseeing Online Fulfilment, Click & Collect and Myer Hub services. You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while driving operational excellence across a high-volume environment.

Working collaboratively with the broader Melbourne Leadership Team, you'll ensure efficient fulfilment processes, strong team engagement and outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performance, customer focused culture through visible leadership, coaching, communication and recognition
• Lead day to day operations of Online Fulfilment, Click & Collect and Myer Hub to deliver operational and financial performance targets
• Optimise team productivity through effective workforce planning, ensuring the right people, in the right place at the right time
• Lead, inspire and develop team members, building capability and supporting future leadership growth
• Monitor and improve operational processes, ensuring compliance with procedures while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Analyse performance metrics and operational outcomes to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with store leaders an support teams to deliver seamless omni-channel experiences during peak trade periods

About You

You are an experienced people leader who thrives in fast-paces retail or operational environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You'll bring:

• Demonstrated leadership experience within retail, e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics or a similar high-volume environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large teams
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships
• Strong retail, financial and business acumen

To support the needs of the business, Retail Management work on a fortnightly rotating rosters, including alternating weekends and late night/peak trade hours.
