About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative for Consumable Products that is self-motivated, goal-focused, passionate about their work, listens to customers’ needs and pain points and is customer‑focused to support the sales operations and drive growth across NSW and a number of customers in ACT.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and care.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage customer accounts through regular phone communication and ongoing engagement.
Follow up orders, assist with customer enquiries, and provide product support.
Coordinate with Customer Service and Procurement teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout NSW and selected ACT accounts.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales information to support business development and operational activities.
Prepare customer quotations and assist with government tender submissions, with support from the Anspec team when required.
Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships, provide support, and review sales performance.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Represent Anspec at customer meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements when appropriate, with support from senior team members as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements, supported by our dedicated Quality and Regulatory team.
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Confident in communicating with customers via phone, online meetings, and in person.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Candidates with less experience will also be considered if they demonstrate the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumable products is preferred but not essential.
A willingness to learn and develop professionally—comprehensive training will be provided.
What We Offer
Full-time permanent position.
Competitive base salary of $66,000 – $70,000 plus superannuation.
