Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Water Well Driller's Offsider who is available to start ASAP to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO Roster from Perth with hourly and fortnightly pay. This a hands-on role supporting drilling operations across remote project sites. The offsider will assist the Driller with day-to-day tasks including - preparing and maintaining equipment, handling drill rods & tools, and ensuring safe and efficient site operations.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Previous FIFO drillers offsider experience

• Available to start ASAP

• Current and Valid WA Driver's licence - HR Required

• Construction Induction (White) card

• Ability to follow safe work procedures and adhere to site requirements

• Experience with handling and preparing drill rods, tools and equipment

• Mechanical skills an advantage

• Physically fit, motivated and possess a strong work ethic

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Able to work in remote and harsh environments

• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude

• Reliable and dedicated to their work and team.

• Willing to provide a national police clearance

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
