Sales consultant

About the role

This is a closing role, not a prospecting role. Leads are provided. Quotes are prepared by our field estimators. Your job is to convert them.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and close quotations received from field estimators — residential and commercial

• Close and win work over the phone as the primary channel

• Attend site visits for re-roofs and larger jobs as needed

• Follow up daily on all submitted proposals

• Submit new proposals daily as they come through from field estimation

• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers and repeat commercial clients

About you

• A natural closer — this is the #1 requirement and non-negotiable

• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and conversion targets

• Home improvement sales background strongly preferred (roofing, solar, kitchens, windows, pools or similar)

• Confident selling over the phone to both homeowners and commercial decision-makers

• Organised and disciplined with daily follow-up

• Driver's licence for site visits
