• Confident and fluent in English
• Naturally friendly and comfortable talking with customers
• Positive, energetic and reliable
• Passionate about customer service
• Interested in food, lifestyle and modern hospitality
• Previous café, dessert, retail or hospitality experience is a plus

• Welcome and serve customers
• Prepare yogurt, toppings and desserts
• Take orders and operate the POS system
• Maintain a clean and beautiful store environment
• Support daily store operations
• Deliver a warm and memorable customer experience
