About the role
Delaware North Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the retail merchandise operation at the iconic Collingwood Football Club. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for retail leadership with one of Australia’s most recognised sporting brands. As Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a high-performing team, driving sales outcomes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club’s merchandise store. From match-day excitement to everyday retail excellence, you’ll play a key role in helping fans connect with the black and white through an outstanding shopping experience.
