Brista All rounder

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista All Rounder to join our vibrant team at 3Eightnine Scarborough, a popular café and bar located in the heart of Scarborough, Queensland. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality coffee, cocktails, and other beverages. Your role will be integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our customers have a memorable experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, cocktails, and other beverages to customers

2. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained

3. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating customer needs and ensuring a positive dining experience

4. Assist with food preparation and service as required

5. Contribute to the overall operations of the café and bar, including cash handling and inventory management

6. Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance standards

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment

2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including the ability to create latte art

3. Experience in preparing a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks

4. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

7. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
