Admin & Service Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and well organised administration and service assistance in a busy office to join our team in the fire protection industry. You must be able to follow deadlines and adhere to them on a daily basis. A minimum of two years experience is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this office and working as a team is critical for smooth operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional customer service, answering calls, accounts support, supporting field technicians using our CRM system - Uptick (training provided) to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:-

-support administration and accounts department (MYOB experience an advantage)

-answer phones, email enquires throughout the day in a professional and timely manner

-maintain accurate customer records and compliance documentation via our CRM - Uptick (experience an advantage)

-support field technicians and service manager with scheduling changes and updates

-must be familiar with all office microsoft platforms, outllook, word, excel and sharepoint etc.
