About the role:

We're looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead Kettle, Snackbrands' largest and most strategically important brand, while driving growth across our broader Potato Portfolio.

This role will be based in Norwest with hybrid working (2 days WFH, 3 days in office)

What You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop 3-year portfolio strategies and annual brand plans, identifying clear growth priorities and investment opportunities.
• Lead innovation and renovation from opportunity identification and concept development through to launch and post-launch review.
•  Develop and with the team, execute integrated campaigns across creative, media, digital, social, shopper and owned channels.
• Lead, coach and develop our team of two reports, building capability, accountability and a high-performance culture. 2IC to the Head of Marketing Australia.
• Challenge and partner with external agencies to deliver high quality of work.
• Drive portfolio performance across NSV, margin, market share, volume, pricing, mix and ROI.
• Own marketing investment, ensuring spend is effectively planned, tracked and optimised.
• Use consumer, category and market data, including IRI/Nielsen and consumer research, to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Partner closely with Sales, Category, Shopper, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, Finance and Operations to deliver commercially sound plans.
• Develop compelling brand and innovation stories to support customer engagement, distribution and profitable growth.
• Establish clear KPIs and create a test, learn and optimise culture across campaigns, innovation and activation.
• Act as a senior leader within the Marketing team, contributing beyond your own portfolio.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• +10 years’ FMCG marketing experience, with proven success managing brands or a portfolio. 
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong experience across brand strategy, integrated marketing, innovation/NPD and communications.
• Strong commercial understanding with proven experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships and campaign effectiveness.
• Strong analytical capability and experience using market and consumer data to drive decisions.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and development experience.
• The ability to bring clarity and pace to complex projects and work confidently across competing priorities.
• A collaborative, resilient and commercially minded approach, with the ability to balance long-term brand health with short-term business performance.
