Chef De Partie - Brighton Wine Bar

We’re looking for a passionate CDP to join the kitchen team at Brighton Wine Bar in Scarborough

Brighton is a relaxed yet refined coastal wine bar with a strong food focus, where the kitchen is just as important as the wine and service. We are locally based owner-operators with 30+ years of combined industry experience and a genuine passion for great food, wine and hospitality

Since opening earlier this year, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced chef who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, supportive kitchen team

• Run and take ownership of your section with consistency and pride
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Assist with prep and service while maintaining high presentation standards
• Contribute ideas to seasonal menu development
• Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and organisational standards
• Work collaboratively within a positive and professional team environment

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for modern, produce-driven cooking
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen systems
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
• Pride in your craft and strong attention to detail
