About the role

Bankstown RSL Club is seeking enthusiastic Casual Bar & Gaming Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our bar and gaming areas. This is a casual position based in Bankstown, NSW 2200, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar and gaming area

• Assisting with cash handling and balancing duties

• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and licensing regulations

• Supporting the gaming team with customer service and gaming machine maintenance

• Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in a bar or gaming environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills

• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a fantastic customer experience

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificates
