We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to bring their expertise and precision to our dynamic workforce in WA.

Position Overview

As a Carpenter, you will join our team on civil construction projects, delivering high-quality formwork in line with project specifications. You will interpret drawings accurately, construct and install formwork systems efficiently, and work safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive site team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of formwork carpentry on civil construction projects.

• Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications accurately.

• Install, assemble, and dismantle formwork systems to a high standard.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and project requirements.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams to meet deadlines.

• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant trade qualifications and certifications in carpentry or formwork.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in formwork carpentry or a similar role within civil construction.

• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.

• Strong skills in the safe use of hand and power tools associated with the trade.

• Valid Construction White Card.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
