Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School in the Lasallian tradition, located in Castle Hill, NSW. The College has an enrolment of approximately 2,250 students, with boys in Years 7 to 10 and a co-educational setting in Years 11 and 12. The role

The College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PDHPE Teacher who is passionate about supporting young people to lead healthy, active and fulfilling lives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the school's extensive sporting, wellbeing and co-curricular programs while fostering a culture of participation, resilience and excellence.

In addition to holding a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation, the successful candidates will be able to:

• Teach PDHPE Stages 4-6.
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated PDHPE programs.
• Inspire students to develop lifelong skills in health, physical activity, wellbeing and personal growth.
• Assess, monitor, provide feedback on, and report student progress and achievement.
• Develop and implement curriculum programs and assessments across a range of stages (preferred but not essential).
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support student learning and College wide initiatives.
• Confidently implement new syllabus and curriculum requirements.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Use contemporary pedagogical practices, differentiated teaching strategies, and innovative resources to maximise student engagement and outcomes.
• Effectively manage student behaviour and foster a positive learning culture.
• Ability and willingness to teach an additional Key Learning Area (KLA) or subject area will be highly regarded.

The ability to teach an additional subject be highly desirable.
