Cook/Kitchen Hand

Job Summary

Sush is seeking a Cook to assist our Lead Cook in our closed commercial kitchen.

The position primarily consists of food preparation and assisting in cooking processes for all of our products. There will also be periods of 'holding the fort' while the Lead Cook may be sick or on holidays.

We are looking for someone with previous Cook experience and are keen for a challenge to learn more Japanese cooking (or may already be highly skilled in this area). You will also need to possess a positive attitude towards work, and the ability to work in a busy, closed environment.

Working hours can be flexible and will depend on the candidate, however full availability Monday - Saturday is a requirement as these will be fairly regular daytime hours. As daytime availability is a requirement - this would not suit a student.
