The opportunity:
We’re looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our service team. You’ll ensure customers receive outstanding support by coordinating end-to-end service delivery, managing communications and tracking job progress. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organisational and customer-service skills, we invite you to be a key part of our team and contribute to our success
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end reactive service cases in our CRM, from logging through to resolution
· Act as the primary customer contact, responding promptly via phone and email
· Coordinate daily with field service technicians, finance and production teams
· Maintain customer portals and assist with regular service reports and KPI reporting
· Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
Who you are:
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing requests and manage a dynamic workflow
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a customer-focused mindset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) highly regarded
· A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team
· Existing trade or mechanical experience/exposure would be highly advantageous
