Our Senior Member Care Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the success of our Employment Services programs, including Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Transition to Work (TtW). Working closely with the Member Care Coordinator, you'll drive outcome performance, revenue assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement while providing specialist guidance to frontline teams.
You'll enjoy working within a collaborative and high performing team, helping to maximise employment outcomes for young people while ensuring contractual obligations, evidence standards and claiming requirements are met.
In this role, you’ll:
Enjoy the best of both worlds with a flexible work pattern that combines one day at our Milton Head Office (every Tuesday), two days at your choice of Brisbane South East sites (Browns Plains, Kingston and/or Upper Mount Gravatt), and two days working from home.
