Parkdale Beach Cafe is a busy, licensed, day trading beachfront cafe with an all day breakfast & lunch. We take pride in what we do and are always looking for ways to improve and stay relevant in this ever changing market.

Ideally the right candidate would be passionate about food on top of current food trends, ingredients and placing value on good quality small suppliers. You would be quietly confident in your ability to lead & develop a team along with understanding the necessity for organisation and processes having worked in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years. Someone able to work with our current systems while offering insight into how to elevate dishes, streamline menus and procedures.

You are someone who leads from the front, feeling very comfortable in a fast paced environment. The head chefs position is full-time, 5 straight shifts including weekend, shift flexibility does exist in the quieter months.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
