Landscape Gardener

About the role

This is a hands-on horticultural and landscape maintenance position with variety across a range of high-quality Gold Coast properties.

Key responsibilities

• Garden and landscape maintenance
• Plant health and horticultural care
• Pruning and planting
• Detailed garden presentation
• Hedging
• Identifying pest, disease and plant health issues
• Soil and water management
• Supporting landscape improvement projects
• General grounds maintenance
• Working alongside the wider Nowlandscapes team across larger sites

About you

• Certificate III in Horticulture or a relevant equivalent qualification
• Practical horticultural or landscape maintenance experience
• Strong plant knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Pride in producing a high-quality finished result
• Reliability and consistency
• Good communication skills
• A professional approach with clients and colleagues
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A willingness to continue learning and developing
