About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Early Childhood Educator to join our experienced and supportive team in a full-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you will:
· Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that support children’s holistic development
· Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to foster an inclusive and stimulating environment
· Monitor and assess children’s progress to tailor individual learning experiences
· Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements

What We’re Looking For
· Diploma Or Certificate III qualified eduactor
· Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within long day care
· Proven ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and regulations
· Able to confidently prioritise children’s safety and child safe values
· Current NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (ACECQA-approved), Child Protection Training, Food Handling Certificate, and completed Geccko Training
