Our ProjectWith a large-scale tunnel infrastructure project underway in NSW involving FRP works, we are recruiting a HSE Advisor and a Senior HSE Advisor to join our operations team in NSW.
Reporting to the Project Manager, our autonomous field HSE Advisors are responsible for supporting the project to successfully implement the HSE management system and programs to achieve a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment. Essentially, we are seeking safety individuals who will actively coach workers to promote a positive culture on site.
About YouDemonstrated experience on a High-Risk Civil projectsTunnel construction and/or large scale FRP (Form Reo Pour) project experience - A mustExperience with FIFO and remote projects working for a ContractorFormal OSH Qualifications such as Cert IV or Diploma is preferredCert 4 in Training and Assessment - preferredExperience in Nightshift operations and flexibility to work nightshift - A mustSelf-starter with ability to communicate with all stakeholder levels
