Beholdcare Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in Southern River, WA.

This role involves supporting an NDIS participant with a history of domestic violence. We are ideally seeking a mature female support worker (approximately in her 30s–40s) who can provide empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centred support.

About the Role

You will support the participant to live independently while promoting choice, dignity, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support community access and social participation
• Build positive, respectful, and professional relationships
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker
• Experience supporting clients affected by domestic violence (essential)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Clearance
• Full Australian working rights (students are welcome to apply)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)
