MC Driver

About the role

We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious MC Driver to join our port logistics team based in Adelaide. You'll be moving freight in and out of port precincts, working across single, B-double combinations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. If you know your way around a sideloader, even better that experience will be highly regarded.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating MC combinations (single, B-double) on port and metropolitan runs

• Loading and unloading operations within port precinct environments

• Maintaining accurate documentation run sheets, fatigue logs, and pre-start checks

• Working to strict departure and delivery windows

• Communicating clearly with dispatch, terminal operators, and port staff

• Keeping your truck clean, compliant, and roadworthy

What You'll Need

• Current MC licence (essential)

• Clean driving record

• Solid understanding of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility obligations

• Ability to work early starts and afternoons night

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Highly Regarded

• Experience operating a sideloader (container sideloading)

• Familiarity with port precinct operations and terminal procedures

• MSIC card (or ability to obtain one)
