About the roles
Epsilon Pharmacy is part of Epsilon Healthcare. Epsilon Healthcare Limited (ASX: EPN) is an Australian based, globally active healthcare organisation.
Due to the rapid growth of our pharmacy operations, exciting opportunities currently exist for dynamic and enthusiastic pharmacists to join our Southport team & contribute to the provision of exemplary pharmacy services. Our Southport pharmacy operates an online service and specialises in the provision of medicinal cannabis products.
We are seeking full time and part-time pharmacists to dispense medicines, work with the online portal, provide patient counselling and advice to ensure the quality use of medicines. In addition, the pharmacists will manage the provision of dispensed product to patients by managing postage and pick-up orders via online platforms as well as assisting with the stock replenishment processes from suppliers.
These roles will primarily involve video, phone and email contact with patients.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services and be empowered to pursue new pharmacy services which will benefit our patients.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely dispensing of orders, manage administrative tasks, assist with stock ordering, and improve operational efficiency.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current General Registration with AHPRA.
Experience or enthusiasm to quickly learn about medicinal cannabis.
Experience using Fred Dispense Plus platform.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a health care team
· Ensuring that the provision of pharmacy services are operated efficiently and in accordance with accreditation and legislative requirements
Understanding of pharmacy industry legislation & regulations
· Upholding and always delivering the highest level of customer service
