📦 Logistics & Admin Assistant – Full Time Casual (5am–1pm) - Ongoing
📍 Location: South Eastern Suburbs, VIC
🕔 Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Logistics & Admin Assistant. This is a full-time casual position with early morning starts, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and likes finishing early in the day.

About the Role
In this hands-on position, you will support the daily logistics and administrative operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch and deliveries
• Liaise with drivers and customers
• Maintain and update logistics records
• Perform general administrative duties
• Data entry and scheduling support

About You

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in logistics is a MUST
• Comfortable working early morning hours
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
