Clerk Grade: 9/10; $133,348 - $146,945 plus super
Employment Type: Ongoing, Fulltime
Location: Parramatta, Sydney - Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

About the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
What you will do
The BTP Application Specialist will Develop technology solutions and map business requirements to systems/technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the enterprise integration architecture, while providing independent, analytical, and strategic input to the leadership team, leveraging extensive SAP experience to advise on integration and support the roll-out of the S4/Hana centralized solution and migration from multiple SAP legacy and agency-specific systems.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the various deployment and product teams to testsystem functionality, enhancements and other changes required for release into production.
The key challenges to be successful in this role
Operating in a complex organisation undergoing significant structural and service delivery reform, innovative specialised strategies are needed to deliver successful and sustainable services.
Identifying and balancing the needs of the roadmap-initiated programs program and Business-as usual operations for multiple changes and work programs within a complex business environment undergoing significant change.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Reporting, Analytics, Technical Solutions, Integration with the Platform, and development requirements, and ensure this capability is maintained across the internal teams and outsourced service providers.
About you
*Proven experience managing a team in a complex, integrated, multi-business unit heterogeneous environment, aligning the SAP landscape and technical solution options with functional requirements.
*Experience in managing delivery and outcomes from a service provider, focusing on transitioning into support from projects, implementing service improvement plans, ensuring quality support, and measuring KPIs reflected in executive dashboards.
*Proficient in Cloud Environment, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, S4/HANA, NetWeaver ABAP & JavaScript, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, SAP Web IDE, Eclipse with ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ABAP CDS, Transport management products, SAP Cloud components, SAP Mobility Platform, SAP Fiori, Integration and APIs, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Security and Compliance (IAS & IPS), with excellent critical thinking skills, business operations knowledge, and strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills to lead stakeholders at all levels.
