QLD Resin Floors is an established flooring company delivering high‑quality epoxy flooring, polished concrete and surface preparation across residential, commercial and industrial projects. We are expanding and seeking a motivated employee who wants stable work, long-term growth and the opportunity to develop into a more senior role over time.

The Role

This position is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative and isn’t afraid to ask questions. You will work both in a team and independently across a variety of job sites.

You will be responsible for:

• Full concrete surface preparation.

• Mixing, priming, screeding, self-levelling and sealing to specification.

• Assisting with epoxy, flake and polyurethane applications.

• Knowledge and installation of polished concrete finishes.

• Operating & maintaining grinders, vacuums and hand tools.

• Loading/unloading materials and general labouring.

• Maintaining safe work practices.

• Supporting installers on residential, commercial and industrial projects.

• Working to strict safety and quality control standards on live project sites.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing the job properly with hi attention to detail.

• Works well in a team but can confidently work alone when required.

• Strong knowledge of polished concrete and epoxy finishes.

• Isn’t afraid to ask questions, learn and keep jobs moving.

• Is reliable, punctual and safety-focused.

• Holds a White Card.

• Has a current Manuel driver’s licence with previous 5 year driving history and reliable transport.

• Has labouring or construction experience (preferred but not essential)

• Is willing to complete medicals, fit testing and training (preferred but can be arranged)

• Is interested in long-term progression, including future opportunities to lead a team
