Make Safe Admin Officer

Ambrose Construct Group is seeking a motivated and organised Make Safe Admin Officer to join our Wangara team.

Reporting to the Make Safe Admin Team Leader, you will provide administrative support to our Make Safe Supervisors and work closely with internal teams and specialist trades to ensure documentation and reports are accurate and submitted within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and email documentation and specialist reports to insurer portals.
• Liaise with specialist trades to ensure reports are accurate and returned on time.
• Answer and manage phone calls from internal staff and trades, directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Make Safe team.
• Ensure client SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and procedures.

About You

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Construction or insurance industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Professional phone manner and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
