About the Team
The Student Experience and Success team is a part of the Students Portfolio within the Education and Students Division. The team takes a whole of student lifecycle approach to student experience and success, and consists of the Orientation and Transition team, the Student Learning Support team, the Careers team and the Student Insights team.
About the Role
The Senior Officer Engagement (Digital and Campaigns) (currently known internally as Designer) plays a key role in designing, developing and delivering visually engaging digital and campaign materials for Student Experience and Success teams, and the broader Students Portfolio when capacity allows. The role leads the creation and application of a distinctive visual identity across communication channels, ensuring all digital assets, campaign materials and creative outputs are aligned with UTS brand guidelines, user-centred design principles and student engagement objectives.
The role supports a digital presence that remains current with wider market trends, is cohesive and accessible, while meeting organisational requirements, and also reflects the culture, strategy and priorities of Student Experience and Success.

Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $98,792 - $106,966 pa (HEW 6).
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis until February 2028.
