GENERAL MANAGER TO CEO Longevity and Regenerative Medicine Group, Sydney - National and International Expansion

Biogenix is a physician-led longevity and regenerative medicine group headquartered in Sydney, with an international facility in Bali, expansion underway across Asia, and new locations opening in Sydney and Brisbane. We bring diagnostics-led longevity medicine, regenerative and orthobiologic treatment, and premium aesthetic care together under one roof, alongside a growing medical device and product distribution arm and an expanding e-commerce channel. We are scaling fast and we are looking for the leader who will take ownership of the business and grow into running it.

This is not a clinic administrator role. It is a senior leadership hire for someone who can take genuine ownership of the business around the founder, with real decision-making authority, and earn their way into the top seat.

The role

You will take ownership of the business across three fronts.

Running the business: day-to-day operations, the team, the numbers, supplier and partner relationships, and the systems and workflows that keep a multi-site group moving. You hold decision-making authority over operations, not just accountability for them.

Growing the business: patient acquisition, conversion and retention as core commercial levers, alongside business development, partnerships, packaging and new revenue. You own the performance of our e-commerce channel and distribution arm.

Scaling the business: building the structures, processes and people that make the group less dependent on the founder day to day, and supporting expansion into new locations and our Asia operation.

You report directly to the founder, whose focus remains clinical leadership, medical governance and the strategic direction of the group. The commercial and operational running of the business sits with you. For the right person, this role is a genuine pathway to CEO, tied to clear performance milestones agreed in your first quarter, so the progression is credible and measurable, not aspirational.

What you will own

• Commercial performance and the P&L across the group

• Patient acquisition, conversion and retention

• Business development: growth, partnerships, packaging and new revenue

• E-commerce and distribution: ownership of each channel and its performance, including our medical device and product distribution business

• Operations: budgeting, invoicing, reporting, cash flow and supplier relationships

• The team: leadership, rostering, culture and accountability across clinical and front of house staff

• Systems: workflow design, process improvement and the infrastructure to scale cleanly

• Expansion: supporting new locations and our growth into Asia

Who you are

You are a gun operator who has run something, not just administered it. A genuine go-getter: commercially sharp, fluent with numbers, and comfortable owning a P&L and making the call. You spot revenue where others see admin. You communicate clearly, lead a team with authority, and hold people to a standard. You move fast, absorb context quickly, and bring order to a business that is growing quickly. Experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetics or another premium multi-site service business is highly regarded. Above all, you have the drive to build, not just maintain.

What we offer

This is a role of genuine autonomy. You will be judged on outcomes, not hours at a desk. With sites across Sydney, Brisbane in development and our Bali and Asia operations growing, the role naturally involves significant flexibility in where and how you work, including substantial remote capability once embedded.

The upside starts early. Your KPIs are built around live growth: driving the performance of our new sites as they open, scaling our business arms across distribution and e-commerce, developing new product pipelines with our laboratory partners, and driving sales across the group. These are levers you pull from day one, with bonuses earnable from your first review cycle, and they compound into the milestones that open the CEO conversation.

Remuneration is designed to grow with the business. Total remuneration package of $135,000 to $160,000 comprising base salary and superannuation, with uncapped performance bonuses tied to clear KPIs across site performance, sales and new revenue. For a high performer, the realistic earning trajectory is a package growing 50 to 100% as the group's expansion milestones are delivered, and the CEO seat beyond it. We would rather pay you significantly more because the business you are running has grown. Exceptional candidates with strong multi-site and P&L credentials may be considered above this baseline band from the beginning.
