Lead the marketing strategy for one of Sydney's most exciting luxury hospitality portfolios, bringing four distinctive venues to life through creative storytelling, strategic partnerships and commercially driven campaigns.

Working closely with the Director of Restaurants & Bars, Commercial team and venue leaders, you'll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving revenue and creating memorable guest experiences across Delta Rue, Tilda, Bar Tilda and Wentworth Bar.

This is a hands-on role for a creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, understands the Sydney dining landscape and loves turning ideas into experiences that guests want to share.

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, email and paid channels.
• Drive restaurant and bar revenue through seasonal campaigns, activations, events and tactical promotions.
• Manage the social media strategy, content calendar and creative direction across all venue channels.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, content creators and key industry partners to maximise brand exposure.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships that grow awareness and drive incremental business.
• Collaborate with chefs, beverage teams and venue leaders to launch new menus, experiences and signature events.
• Analyse campaign performance, guest insights and market trends to continually optimise marketing activity and ROI.
• Work closely with the Commercial team to support hotel-wide campaigns while ensuring each venue maintains its own unique brand identity.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines and creative production from concept through to execution.
• Ensure all marketing activity reflects Sofitel's luxury positioning and delivers a premium guest experience.

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel or lifestyle marketing.
• A strong understanding of food, beverage and hospitality scene.
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns and CRM/email marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into results.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to collaborate across multiple departments and external partners.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality, food, beverage and unforgettable guest experiences.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
