Synergie Australia is seeking an Administration Officer for a trusted client located in Dandenong South.

The important parts:

• Pay: ORD $38.89 per hour | ⏳ Duration: 3-month contract
• Hours: 7:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday | Onsite position

What you will be required to do:

You’ll provide high-quality administrative support to a busy fleet team, helping coordinate fleet-related data, systems, processes and compliance requirements while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

• Coordinate and maintain fleet-related data, systems, administration and processes
• Provide varied administration assistance to a busy fleet team as required
• Process fleet repair work orders and raise purchase orders in line with company compliance requirements
• Assist with the management of repairs and servicing of equipment
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers and stakeholders to support smooth fleet operations
• Enter meter readings, raise and close work orders, and complete miscellaneous administration duties

To be successful in the role you will:

• Experience working in a similar administrative role with exposure to multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience in an office or corporate environment
• Experience within the road transport industry is highly regarded
• Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn fleet management systems quickly
• Strong organisational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
• Certificate IV in Office Administration or equivalent experience
• JDE, Preceda or UKG experience and understanding of Chain of Responsibility legislation are highly regarded
