Your Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Communicate effectively with owners, tenants and stakeholders, providing timely and professional advice.
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews to maximise investment performance.
Ensure high property standards by coordinating maintenance, inspections and contractor performance.
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, outgoings reconciliation and arrears control.
Ensure compliance with leases, legislation and trust account management.
Identify opportunities for property performance improvement and preventative maintenance.
Work collaboratively with a supportive and professional team in a flexible work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a similar role – minimum three years.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
Availability to coordinate after-hours callouts when required.
