MatchWorks is looking for a motivated and adaptable Employment Consultant who is passionate about empowering people to achieve their employment goals and create meaningful career outcomes. This dynamic, people-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, juggling priorities, and using strong communication, computer, and problem-solving skills to make a real difference. While experience in employment services is highly regarded, we welcome candidates from customer service, recruitment, sales, or similar backgrounds who are resilient, adaptable, and driven by helping others succeed.
