Disability Support Worker

Breaking Limitations is seeking a dedicated Support Worker who is reliable, proactive, and committed to helping clients build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

This is a casual position offering a variety of shifts, including:

• Weekdays

• Evenings

• Overnight shifts

• Weekends and public holidays

Key responsibilities:

• Providing in-home support and personal care

• Supporting exercise programs and manual handling

• Assisting with community access and transport

• Completing clear and accurate shift notes

• Planning activities aligned with client goals

• Supporting client independence and advocacy

We are looking for someone who:

• Communicates clearly and follows instructions

• Takes ownership of their responsibilities

• Is reliable, punctual, and professional

• Works well independently and within a team

Experience in disability support is valued, however a strong attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

• Current First Aid & CPR

• National Police Check

• Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

• Must be based on Brisbane’s northside

• Ongoing training and professional development
