We are seeking a compassionate and emotionally intelligent Family Pet Cremations Arranger to help families navigate this deeply personal moment with care, clarity, and dignity.

In this role, you will guide grieving pet parents through the process of honouring their beloved companion. You will also work closely with veterinary clinics, providing arranging services on behalf of vets for the families they serve, ensuring that every pet parent receives thoughtful, compassionate guidance when they need it most.

This is not simply an administrative role. It is a role of service, trust, and humanity.

What You Will Do

As a Family Pet Cremations Arranger, you will become a trusted guide for pet parents during one of the most difficult moments in their lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting grieving pet parents with empathy and understanding
• Providing arranging services on behalf of veterinary clinics, helping families understand their aftercare options
• Guiding families through cremation options, memorial products, and ways to honour their pet’s life
• Coordinating cremation arrangements and memorial services
• Liaising with veterinary clinics, drivers, and crematorium staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation
• Ensuring every pet is handled with dignity, care, and respect throughout the process
• Organising the safe and respectful return of ashes and memorial keepsakes to families
