About the role
A Role That Truly Matters
For many people, a pet is not just a companion — they are family. They are present through life’s quiet moments, celebrations, and challenges. When that bond comes to an end, the loss can be profound.
We are seeking a compassionate and emotionally intelligent Family Pet Cremations Arranger to help families navigate this deeply personal moment with care, clarity, and dignity.
In this role, you will guide grieving pet parents through the process of honouring their beloved companion. You will also work closely with veterinary clinics, providing arranging services on behalf of vets for the families they serve, ensuring that every pet parent receives thoughtful, compassionate guidance when they need it most.
This is not simply an administrative role. It is a role of service, trust, and humanity.
The Kind of Work This Really Is
Before applying, it is important to understand the nature of this work.
Every day you will speak with people who have just lost a deeply loved companion. Many will be grieving, emotional, or unsure what to do next. Your role is to meet them in that moment with calm, empathy, and reassurance.
You will help them make practical decisions while they are experiencing loss. You will listen to their stories about the pet they loved. Sometimes you will hear tears. Sometimes gratitude. Often both.
At the same time, you will be responsible for ensuring that every pet is cared for with absolute dignity and respect, and that each family’s wishes are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
For the right person, this work is incredibly meaningful.
But it does require emotional maturity, resilience, and genuine compassion for people and their pets.
What You Will Do
As a Family Pet Cremations Arranger, you will become a trusted guide for pet parents during one of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Your responsibilities will include:

Why This Work Is Special

For many families, the support you provide will never be forgotten.
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
