Purchasing & Procurement Specialist

Location: Goulburn, NSWExperience: 5+ YearsEligibility: Australian Citizen, PR or valid visa holders.
Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Purchaser to manage local procurement for a major infrastructure project, including sourcing, supplier engagement, purchase orders and delivery coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage RFQs, quotations and purchase orders.Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery.Track and expedite orders to meet project requirements.Coordinate with Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics and Finance.Maintain procurement records and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience5+ years’ experience in purchasing/procurement.Experience with RFQs, supplier negotiations, POs and expediting.Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.Strong commercial, communication and organisational skills.Background in construction, infrastructure, energy, mining or heavy industry preferred.
