Medical Services Administrator

As our Medical Services Administrator, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations managing our central mailbox, processing bookings, and being a key point of contact for specialists, referrers and clients. You will report to our Office Manager and work closely with our QA, Practice Administration and Service Coordination teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the company inbox triaging emails, processing website bookings, and coordinating appointments

• Handling incoming calls and general correspondence with professionalism and warmth

• Supporting the smooth running of office facilities and supplies

• Assisting with file preparation, indexing, scanning and document management

• Providing support for presentations, proposals and reports

• Supporting the Office Manager, Business Manager, Managing Director and wider team with ad hoc tasks

• Proven experience in an administrative role

• Confident using Microsoft Office

• Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem solving

• A proactive mindset , you spot opportunities to improve how things work

• Experience in medico-legal, workers' compensation or insurance sectors is a plus, but not essential

• Be part of a supportive, values-driven team

• Play a genuinely pivotal role in how our business runs day to day

• Office-based role in Perth with occasional off-site visits
