Operations Learning & Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

As the Operations Learning & Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Tow Truck Operators are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel. Your responsibilities will encompass the delivery, monitoring, and review of training programs tailored for both new and existing operators, while fostering an engaging learning environment that emphasises safety and compliance. In the role, you will:

Conduct competency sign-offsProvide technical support and mentoringIntegrate new team members seamlessly into our operationsEvaluate and test equipment to maintain our high safety standardsEnsure our operators are always prepared for the road ahead

About You

If you are passionate about training and development and possess a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team. Ideal candidates will have a background in heavy vehicle transport, along with experience in training or mentoring roles. You should possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) and hold a heavy vehicle driver's licence.

Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage.A knack for building relationships and fostering collaboration.Proven ability to assess and develop talent within the organisation.Commitment to safety and compliance in all operational aspects.
