• Whiting- Roller shutters doors for all transport vehicles

• Robinson- Roller shutters for service vehicles

• Joloda Hydraroll- Moving floors for vehicles and warehouses and 

• Anteo -Tail lifts for trailers, trucks, vans and utilities  

About the role

Provide technical services to transport refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. You will deliver time critical, efficient and reliable service that meets SSG's and customer's expectations, working from Welshpool WA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide time critical, efficient and reliable service that meets SSG's and customer's expectations

• Ensure all work is completed in the appropriate timeframes and strive for high productivity

• Be responsible for tools and consumables

• Daily responsibility of all spare part movements using the reporting tools (on hand report and summary report)

• Attend to any special customer requirements

• Recommend appropriate preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns

• Provide feedback to Manager on the progress of operational activities and the possibility of obstacles that arise which may prevent the attainment of the company's goals

• Discuss queries with customer service, suppliers and relevant third parties as necessary regarding servicing schedules, status of completion of services and technical or other problems in a prompt and timely manner

• Complete job cards and time sheets at the end of each job and submit to your Manager daily

• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes and systems and strive for continuous improvement

About you

• Refrigeration or Diesel trade certificate and trade experience

• Current drivers' licence

• ARC licence

• D and/or S licence (preferred)

• TK Certi-tech (preferred)

• Ability to read both electrical and refrigeration schematic drawings and diagrams

• Ability to work as a member of a team and with minimal supervision

• Ability to organise own work time and prioritise work schedule

• Self-motivated and punctual

• Flexible approach to working hours

•  Be aware of, and comply with, obligations in regard to relevant legislation, ISO on Quality, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and SSG ethical standards. 

• Follow all OHS&E policies, safe work procedures and work instructions (whether in writing or oral). Not place yourself or others at risk of injury.  Report hazards and injuries to Management immediately.

• Ensure the security of SSG information, particularly company, pricing, sales or market information
