About the RoleGPK Group is seeking a full-time Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Hallam, VIC office. You will play a hands-on role across our end-to-end Service Desk and onsite desktop work, designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions while driving client projects.
DutiesDesign, build, test, and implement ICT systems and solutions for clients.Drive client projects and manage the end-to-end service delivery process.Document project scopes and maintain accurate technical records.Provide network and hardware management for clients across various technology areas.Support, advise, coach, mentor, and train stakeholders.
Skills & ExperienceExperience in an MSP environment across Level 1 and Level 2 roles.Experience with firewalls, Microsoft platforms, virtual environments, and ticketing systems.Experience managing complex multisite clients and technical accounts.Relevant IT qualification with a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
