Maroochydore GWM & Renault is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Service Adviser to join our team.

Whether you’re an experienced Service Adviser or someone with outstanding customer service skills looking for a new career, we’d love to hear from you. Previous dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential—we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About the Role

As a Service Adviser, you’ll be the link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookings
• Preparing repair orders and recording customer concerns
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
• Recommending additional maintenance where appropriate
• Organising loan vehicles when required
• Processing invoices and explaining completed work
• Delivering outstanding customer service every day

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Has strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Thrives in a busy team environment
• Holds a current Australian Driver Licence

Previous experience as a Service Adviser or within the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy helping people, we’ll provide all the training you need.
